Caveat on Windows Vista Business Operating System.   When purchasing Windows Vista Business, there are two versions – the 32-bit or 64-bit operating system.  Since Medisoft is based on a 32-bit operating system, it will work on the Vista Business 32-bit operating system only.  Please do not attempt to install Medisoft on the 64-bit operating system.  Click on the following link to view Vista Business System Requirements:  http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/windowsvista/editions/systemrequirements.mspx

Workstation System Recommended Requirements: Pentium 4 2.6Ghz processor or higher, 1GB of available hard disk space, 512MB of RAM, 16+ color display, Windows 2000 Professional or Windows XP Professional.

Workstation System Minimum Requirements:  Pentium III – 500+ MHz processor, 500MB available hard disk space, 256MB RAM, 256 color display, Windows 2000 Professional or Windows XP Professional

Server System Recommended Requirements: Pentium 4 2.6Ghz processor or higher, 2GB of available hard disk space, 1GB of RAM, 16+ color display, Windows 2000 Server or Windows 2003 Server.

Please Note:
The 256 color display minimum supported may limit some features, so a 16-bit or higher is recommended.

These recommendations are for the most current releases.
Novell NetWare is not supported with Medisoft Version 15.
XP Home version is not supported.
