Easy Business Software's Support Options:

Easy Business Software offers technical support, form modifications, custom reporting and interfacing for Medisoft, X-Link EDI and X-Link MSI products. Support is provided on an hourly basis at $175 per hour, prorated to the amount of time you use. Hours can be purchased in advance or as needed.

Hours purchased in advance are available for use when needed, e.g., if you had three hours and used 15 minutes, you would still have 2 hours and 45 minutes remaining. The time does not expire at the end of the year. You will receive a monthly statement.

Time purchased as needed require a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. A minimum $45 charge per incident will be billed.
